P1 MODULE SPILLDECK

SpillDeck Bladder Systems are low profile, polyethylene containment decks with meet EPA Uniform Fire Code Spill Containment Regulations. Available in 1, 2 and 4-drum modules, the low 5 3/4" deck height allows safe and convenient drum loading, even without drum handling equipment. Add the optional polyethylene loading ramp for even greater handling ease.

The first and only low profile, single-drum containment unit which meets EPA Container Storage Regulation 40 CFR 264.175 and Uniform Fire Code Spill Containment Regulations.

Compact 25 7/8" x 30 1/2" footprint saves valuable floor space-perfect for single-drum waste collection usage.

P2 MODULE SPILLDECK

Store 2 drums on the space-saving 25 7/8" x 52" SpillDeck P2 Bladder System and meet EPA and Uniform Fire Code Spill Containment Regulations.

Low 5 3/4" deck height is the same as wooden pallets-allows drums to be "jockeyed" onto SpillDeck Systems when standard drum handling equipment is not available.

Applications include satellite waste collection, drum pump stations and storage of virgin chemicals.

Overspills and small leaks are captured in the 44 gallon sump; catastrophic leaks deploy the bladder, allowing the 4-drum system to meet EPA and Uniform Fire Code Spill Containment Regulations.

IBC SPILLPALLETS

Containment pallets for drums have achieved widespread industry acceptance since their introduction in the late 1980's. However, for various reasons, many companies have chosen to discontinue using  drums in favor of Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBC's) in recent years. As expected, these companies are now concerned with capturing leaks from tanks caused by rust,  corrosion, faulty valves and worn fittings. Two IBC SpillPallet Models have been developed to meet these needs and allow for compliance with EPA Container Storage Regulations.

TRACK PANS - Capture Hazardous Spills from Railroad Tanker Cars

TrackPans have been designed  provide spill containment at industrial rail sidings and locomotive maintenance facilities. Available in virtually any length, TrackPans may be used to collect incidental spills and drips OR to capture and channel off significant spills caused by defective equipment or a major overflow.
